No. Town hall doesn’t need a new leccy hook up it’s all part of the Climate Change Festival. Why don’t you just switch off your television set and go out and do something less boring instead?
Hey. That’d be a catchy TV jingle thingy! *trademarks*
I’m just hoping if I stare long enough the lasses arms will get tired and she’ll drop it…

I made my way over to Jibbering Records where I chilled out with a nice cappucino…listened to some nice dub and talked (what little knowledge I have about them) records with the owner (who is such a bloody nice bloke). I also managed to take some pics (above) of the work of local brum town artists.
If you get a chance pop by. It’s a lovely little place to kill a few hours in tunes and coffee.
A few of us attended the Prodigy gig in birmingham on Sat 17th may at the Rainbow Warehouse. Was an awesome night with 800 other people. Heres a bit of video I took on my phone so the sound is a bit rubbish but you get the idea.

Why on earth george didnt go to Art college is beyond me!
This is a really nice bit of work by Noah Brier called, Brand Tags. You’re given a brand logo and you simply put down your thoughts of said brand, but you only have one word to use. It gives you some super-speed insight into how brands are perceived out there and some tags may even make you think slightly differently about a brand. Others, will simply make you giggle!

This is a really nice website for the hippety-hop duo, Atmosphere. All you’ve got to do is choose your implement and then get graffing the web. I chose to bring back the G-Funk Era but you can spread your wings and do whatever you want. The site address ain’t bad either – paintthatshitgold.com
Every City / Town should have one of these

Awesome vid from them French Electro bods. Pretty violent like so some folk might get offended. Others might go out and kick the f**k out of innocent bystanders. Variety is the spice of life so me mam says.
Today is hat day here at Boxer, here are some of the fantastic hat wearing examples going on. You know what they say, if you can’t win the fight wear a big hat. (something like that anyhow)
Wicked ad for Nike, directed by Guy Ritchie. Puts you in the shoes of a football player on the big stage
Was so excited when I saw this near Russell Square tube. Wonder if I could be bustin’ combos on Street Fighter II whilst getting a nice steam and rub down.

The BBC are looking into the history and effects that lsd has had over the last few decades.
I caught the new Berocca advert last night on TV, and how does anyone get away with ripping off something that badly. Well done to JWT. Here it is and after is the original and much better by Ok Go. (Always good to see it again)
The Edge, “Birmingham’s first dedicated live and time-based arts venue”, wants to put the joy back into making art:
Saturday Sesh is not networking, it’s not a series of seminars, it’s just a place for artists to meet, to share ideas and resources and to make things happen.
All of which is highly laudable, so more power to their collective elbow. Anyone interested should feel free to drop in from 3pm on Saturday 3 May and every Saturday after for drinks, nibbles and a chat. Admission is free.
The opening party will be held at The Vaults on 16 May and promises burlesque cabaret from Miss High Leg Kick and Fierce’s favourite DJ Joe Egg. Entry is free but you’ll need to RSVP as capacity is limited.
In the lead up to the festival there are a few events being held on Wednesdays at 2pm at BIAD:
