Just make sure you’re not eating sea salt and balsamic vinegar in a natural sea salt area…
This is a very amusing and apparently very successful rebranding by Shreddies in Canada that I found on Trendhunter. I suggest you watch the focus groups; it’s amazing what a single rotation can do to a brand!
Some more lush work from the mighty RexBox.
Quick canvas for an exhibition next week. Come along, its at Shunt, under London Bridge station. I’ll be screening a few episodes of my new animated telly show too, along with lots of friends work and random “happenings”
The future? The doors look nasty, I’m sure they can make them look so much nicer. But apart from that… very nice, if slightly scary!!
New video from Fat Boy Slim, Dizzee Rascal and David Byrne. Lovely bit of black outage.
Every office has one… and this one’s ours!
So the other day I bought me some veggie sushi from Mr.Olivers favourite supermarket (hang with me on this one, I’ve never bought sushi before as I don’t like fish and was almost amazed as Bryn (off Gavin and Stacey) would be about anything to pick up some veggie sushi), anyhow back to what I was on about.
Not only was the veggie sushi proper awesome, but the packaging that the soy sauce came in was flimmin’ genius!
HOW. F*CKING. COOL.
Yesterday was a manic day but myself and young Mikey managed to whizz down to London to catch the Dutch design trio Experimental Jetset at the D&AD presidents lectures, talking us through the difficulties of working with the French, bringing Adrian Frutiger up-to-date, and electric sheep… oh and we managed to squeeze in other high brow behaviour such as reading the Telegraph, drinking vodka and tonic, and meeting up with designy friends from the far reaches of the world such as Texas… and Jersey. Proper cultured we are. The lecture wasn’t the most inspirational in history, but I’m still feeling the European sans serif love.
Just popped to Sainsburys and saw these. Dont know how long they have been around, but the language is great. Made by Bloomsberry & Co.
I came across this beautiful packaging, and surely a product packaged so lovely, it has to make you beautiful too?
get an album cover, get a camera, get involved….
or join the sleeveface group on facebook.
Was in Oddbins on ‘research’ purposes the other day and this cheeky little bad boy stuck out like a saw thumb in the sea of crappy boring labels.
I bought a couple one to drink (which i haven’t done yet…I must be ill) and one to keep for the brilliant packaging which has an awesome tone of voice. Kind of in a way written like innocent but more in a telling you to fuck off way than be healthy.
