McDONALD'S® GRIMACE BIRTHDAY MEAL PROMOTIONAL PACKAGING
There are certain people that have reached a level of such iconicity that people know them by one name only: Cher, Beyoncé, Oprah. Then there’s Grimace. One of McDonaldland’s most recognizable residents who is so beloved and so perfectly purple that celebration was necessary. So we designed a range of extra special packaging in honor of our fuzzy bestie’s birthday.
The Grimace Birthday Shake, inspired by Grimace's iconic color and sweetness, went viral on social media, while our limited edition packaging met fans at the intersection of nostalgia and culture.
Fans got in on the festivities by ordering the Grimace Birthday Meal featuring a Big Mac® or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets® packaging adorned with multicolor confetti and pop of purple.
